WHY OVC GRADUATES CHOOSE TO WORK ABROAD THAN LOCAL.
HOW TO ATTRACT THEM TO SERVE FOR NATIONS?

as matter of fact....untuk JPA's applicants, bila abis study ovrc, diorg ado kontrak nge JPA,kena serve goverment dalam 3 thun etc etc

yup3.it's a fact.it's undeniably true dat as JPA scholars..it's a must to serve 4 gov..
da main issue is..no matter what their courses are..medic..engineering or whatsoever..
afta finishing their years serving the nation..they will look up towards opportunities abroad..maybe its a matter of wage,work culture,environment..then how're we supposed to change dis situation?

according 2 da history of course..
n btw,, medical stdents sponsored by jpa have 2 serve 4 gov 4 10 years n some of them couldn`t stand the pressure n decided 2 cut their bond with jpa.. n dat means they have 2 live their life in misery 2 pay back what the gov has give 2 them.. as a matter of facts, be sure 2 think carefully if ur gonna sign contract with jpa...
juz informing.. any objection,, please come 4ward,, no offence kay.. its a so-so news from one of da MO in gov hspital..
yup3.sounds tough for medical students.but i do really salute them who are so-called doctor wannabe for their strength to withstand the great pressure mentally n physically.an as for me..i surrendered coz its gotta be hard for me n im likely an impatient person.for those who'll be taking medic or any courses...i wish y'oll all da bez bcoz you,yourself is da key of success.
money2.haha.as we already know,salary there is higher than malay's salary.can u imagine dat my cousin only worked as a cleaner and 2 more works during his study at autralia last 2 years and he got more than 3 hundred thousands something.its crazy man.

tu blum keje doc ke..engineer ke..ape ke..yg btul2 relevan ngan course yg d'ambil..and how r we supposed to make sure dis grads tak berpaling tadah dgn bekerja abroad??shud we have some akta ke?dat sounds too much!cuz we hv our own freedom to choose.

mybe.but jpa petronas and others alredy have dat.at last when we graduate,we must work with them for years.im not sure how many years and if we wanna resign.we have to pay a lot to them.4 petronas,mm hundred and twenty thounsands.if im not mistaken.so quit from workin with them is a stupid decision.huhu.
